It is supposed to get up to 104 today! I am just discovering the charms of dresses and skirts in this kind of weather so this was a great opportunity to wear my new red Nic and Zoe skirt to work to beat the heat.

Hope this looks ok to you. Do the wedges work with this skirt or do they need to be worn with longer skirts, dresses and pants?

I like it! The sandals look edgy and cool. You have such a long slim leg line that I think it totally works!

Thanks! I don't think of myself as having a particularly long leg line. I'm 5' 6 1/2" inches tall and wear a 32 (really need a 33) inseam.

Super cool outfit for the heat! The shoes totally work. For reference, I'm 5'7" and the standard 32" inseam is always fine on me. You *are* long legged. *sigh* Take advantage of it!

Thanks! Sorry to hear that your temperatures are climbing that high! I wouldn't want to be outside in the heat and fortunately I can stay in the air conditioned bldg most of the time. Took my walk early this morning before the heat was too bad!
