You look awesome in that dress! ! the jacket is perfect for keeping this a casual dress look, but this could easily be dressed up for any occasion.
Love the red bag and your peep toes (I have them too ;-)
Maybe this will get upgraded to FFF(Feeling Fab Factor) = 10 when you see how fab you are all day??!!

Meredith, you have come so far in such a short period of time! I'm so proud of you for stretching your style muscles to wear a dress for a *non-special* occasion. You look so modern and fab with your new booties, and I love the way you've worn a colored jacket and bag with your dress, which fits and flatters you perfectly BTW. You go, girl!

the dress is super fun! and a great fit. nitpicking, i would love to see a bit more cropped jacket here but the green with the red bag are really fun with the black and white. the low contrast booties bring in a nice long leg line. OT: love your stainless cable railing in peeking out in photo 2

Ladies! Thanks so much for liking the dress! Hubs watched me walk out the door with the orange purse and my red coat in tow and commented "You look colorful". His manspeak for "hmmmm....a little loud isn't it?".

That stainless you noticed runs is our bannister. I wanted one..my hubs designed it...my twinnies step son actually brought his welder in and we constructed and raised it like a bridge. I love it!

Meredith, I can't believe you ever hesitated to step out in a dress, because it looks like you're a natural! That is a very beautiful dress of course, and so are the shoes; but it's YOU who makes this a charming, retro, ladylike look. And updated with the bright bag and coat, this is a great modern stylish look. I bet you had heads turning and eyes doing double takes today. Very Audrey Hepburn, this, somehow!
