Sunny day - Blue Skies - Navy and White- WIW

Ladies it reached 80 degrees today and was just beautiful! I decided to mimic nature and so this is what I wore:

Navy blue scoopneck top - AT
White jeans - Levi demicurve
cognac ballet flats
denim jacket
white watch
opal earrings
orange purse
Multicolor polk a dot scarf

I do hope you all like it. I felt crisp and fresh!

Meredith - you look so fab in your white jeans that it makes me impatient to get mine back from Wonder Woman!

  • soobee replied 9 years ago

I do like it! Very chic, and I particularly like the polka dot scarf :)

You really hit the mark re: reflecting the weather - absolutely loving the white jeans with faded denim. Someday I will manage to find white jeans of my own!

  • Jewell replied 9 years ago

I like it quite a bit, and am planning to copy for tomorrow : )

I can't wait to see the posts when you get your white jeans back! I wish I had a "wonder woman"!

I got the scarf about a month ago and just love it! I have been really getting into scarves (never used to wear them) and this one works really well for spring!

I can't believe you can't find white jeans you like! With your figure this should be a no brainer!

  • marianna replied 9 years ago

    Fabulously modern and crisp.

  • Meredith1953 replied 9 years ago

So sweet of you! I am looking forward to your tomorrow post!

  • shevia replied 9 years ago

The white jeans are super on you. Plus the perfect denim jacket and polka dots! What's not to love?

  • sarah replied 9 years ago

Wow, you look so great in white jeans! This outfit is fresh and summery and lovely.

  • Meredith1953 replied 9 years ago

    Thanks Shevia and Sarah!

For some reason, that scarf and those shoes together really grabs me! Love the idea of opal earrings to play on the multicoloured print too!

So in love with your navy capsule! You look absolutely gorgeous in it. You are exactly right: fresh, flirty, fun and fabulous!!!

  • Kiwichik replied 9 years ago

Cute outfit. Really like the spotty scarf.

Love blue and white for summer, and you look so casual chic :)

  • Louise replied 9 years ago

I'm loving the white jeans so crisp. I'd love to get mine out but the weather is miserable here and I'd worry about getting them splashed and I work with kids and there's baked beans for lunch!!! X

  • Meredith1953 replied 9 years ago

    Thanks so much!

I like it too. I didn't really think about what to wear. Just started grabbing things till it "felt" right.

    @k can shop,
I am loving the navy also! I would like to find a few more things in navy possibly with a pattern? and then start adding a another color!

Thanks! I am enjoying the scarf also!

Thanks very much. I really like blue and white for summer also!

LOL you really made me chuckle with the baked beans comment!

The white jeans are perfect! I absolutely love how you have accessorized this outfit, the red bag, the scarf....beautifully put together look.

Ps, I just purchased my first pair of white jeans, and I have no idea what to do with them except for hiding behind a long cardigan ;)

  • Meredith1953 replied 9 years ago

A long cardi could look good! A black boyfriend style blazer. I think white jeans look good with practically anything! They and my gray levis are my favorite pairs of pants right now. Please go put them on and post a pic right now!

Meredith those white jeans should be your best friend as they do wonderful things for you. I love the outfit and the mix of white and blue denim. The scarf adds just the right touch.
